Tutaki Bakery Fairfax Street (next to the Museum) PH: 021 0853 8295
Tutaki Bakery is run from a quaint van set in the picturesque garden of the Murchison Museum and is the smallest bakery in the South. Run by Lee Morgan, his lifelong passion for baking shows in everything he makes. Selling bread, pies, sandwiches and slices that are all made from scratch by Lee and his family, who use only top quality ingredients to ensure every bite is superior.
The pies are all handmade, sourcing local ingredients to make proper hearty pie fillings that complement the pastry, which is made using organic sour cream, real butter and flour. As well as great organic fair trade coffee freshly toasted locally.
Tutaki bakery's online reviews speak for themselves and they are highly popular with the locals, a great place to stop for top quality food when traveling through Murchison.
See you at the best little bakery in the South Island.
